Just wondering...
Has anyone else ever considered buying a multi-family house and not renting out the other unit? Surely, I can't be the only one who has thought about having two kitchens.
See, I always wanted to buy a two-family house with people I was friends with and have an "open house" kind of thing. I think that would be the most fun. :)
I like the way you think...but I've always thought more like Jen in this. Of course, I keep wanting someone else to actually buy the place and rent it to me...
